What is a VIP appointment?
All of our appointments are VIP experiences.
We believe that every bride should start creating wonderful wedding memories beginning with the selection of the perfect dress. A private fitting room, personal staging area, and your own personal bridal consultant is standard for every consultation. We top it off by saying, “Cheers” with a sparkling toast to every bride who says yes to the dress of her dreams at Bliss.
Do I need to book an appointment?
An appointment is highly recommended
And necessary for evenings and weekends for both brides and bridesmaids. When you book an appointment we reserve a private change room and give you personal one-on-one service with a professional bridal consultant. Initial appointments are 1 1/2hours.
Who should I bring with me?
Keep the focus on you.
We recommend that you limit the amount of people that you bring with you to the appointment, (especially young children) so that the focus remains on the bride.
What should I bring with me on an appointment?
The basics
We recommend that you bring pictures or style numbers of gowns that you are interested in. Also a strapless bra if you have one. We supply the shoes.
How long does it take to order a wedding gown?
Most wedding gowns can be ordered in 4-6 months.
We recommend shopping for your gown a year before so that there is plenty of time for it to arrive and be fitted. Don’t have that long? Not to worry. Many of our suppliers can accomodate rush orders for an additional charge (This also applies to bridesmaids and mothers dresses).
How long does it take to order bridesmaids dresses?
Most bridesmaids’ dresses can be ordered in 3-4 months.
Most companies can rush orders to accommodate tighter timelines for an additional fee. Remember to order early to accommodate arrival and fittings.
Are alterations included?
Alterations are not included in the price of your gown.

How much of a deposit is required?
Half of the total cost.
On all orders we require half of the total amount as a deposit or you can pay the invoice completely. Whatever works best for you.
